The hotel was calm and spotless, it had free wi-fi, its location was magnificent so near to the Broadway theatres. All of the staff was knowledgeable and efficient.

The staff was courteous, the hotel was clean and placed in an amazing part of the city close to Times Square and Penn Station and Port Authority buses. The location was unbeatable - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

very big building, perfect location, service-oriented staff. the room itself was well laid out with amazing bed and absolutely breathtaking views. rich breakfast; recommended. had a very special time.

Facilities were very nice modern, nonetheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

great value hotel, fairly clean, with top location just next door to the subway and the intercontinental and times square. i had bright, non-smoking room with a nice bathroom. the staff were brilliant, knowledgeable, would return there. i thoroughly enjoyed beautiful lobby.

Overall clean hotel, complimentary breakfast, high class rooms. I got free upgrade and loved it. People were good trained and ready to render a personalized service.

Wonderful location, reasonably good staff and large breakfast. Bed was lovely, room was perfect and immaculate. The staff did all they can for an incredible stay. Everything was so perfect and within 18 minutes' drive of LaGuardia airport. Comfy place with courteous service too. Besides, I loved free wifi in the rooms.
